I feel like I am playing catch up. My in-laws have been staying with us from out of town for the past 3 weeks, and we haven't been eating as healthy as we normally would nor exercising, pretty much at all. I actually woke up weighing more than my initial weigh in. They left this morning, and I immediately got myself back in gear, tracking food, water, and steps. Hopefully I still have time to hit my goal. I appreciate all the support this group offers!

It is hard when other people are around. I went to afternoon tea and reminded myself to order tea and a scone, not the full English. And friends are in town for the June holiday and I had to force myself to leave the bar at 11 so I would get up at 7 for my run. I'm sure I missed some laughs. I just have to remind myself there are laughs before 11pm, too. You got this!! ?
