Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    To kick things off, I’ll share one of my quick, high-protein favorites:
    20-Minute Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry
    • Ingredients: 1 lb diced chicken breast, 3 cups broccoli florets, 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp ground ginger.
    • Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned. Toss in broccoli, garlic, and ginger, cooking for 5 more minutes until the broccoli is bright green. Stir in soy sauce, simmer for 2 minutes, and serve hot!  Yum!
