    To kick things off, I’ll share one of my quick, high-protein favorites:
    20-Minute Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry
    • Ingredients: 1 lb diced chicken breast, 3 cups broccoli florets, 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp ground ginger.
    • Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned. Toss in broccoli, garlic, and ginger, cooking for 5 more minutes until the broccoli is bright green. Stir in soy sauce, simmer for 2 minutes, and serve hot!  Yum!

  • Hello!! It has been 8 years since my last diet bet. I am aiming to lose 40 lbs to be able to joing the National Guard in Wyoming. I have until June 2027 to do so. I am excited for the accountability and push to do so.

  • Plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 banana and blueberries. I use 1 cup of yogurt to add extra protein. 27 grams of protein!

 What brand of yogurt do you use? I found Greek yogurt to have a strange taste and consistency and prefer the Icelandic one better.
