How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I was at my goal weight July 1 and got completely off over a month of traveling in July such that I'm back to where I was Jan 1. To motivate myself to get back on track, wanted to list some non-scale things I appreciated while being at my goal weight that I'd like to get back to: being able to comfortably cross my legs, seeing my hip and collarbones, my wedding ring being lose instead of tight. What non-scale wins are you looking forward to when you win this diet bet?

I enjoyed your list.

The leg crossing thing is so real. When i am heavier it feels like a workout on its own :’)
