For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

My cheat the past two days has been going to bed as soon as I get home. Otherwise I just want to snack all night. Making a large pot of chicken rice soup to sip on for lunch the next few days because it makes me feel like I’m eating a lot more than when I just have a sandwich or snack foods. I am using broth and chicken that I extracted from a Costco rotisserie chicken a few weeks ago and froze. To top it off, added a bag of frozen vegetables and a little bit of rice since I was out of my usual egg noodles. Anyway. Keeping busy/distracted to keep my goals and hoping the soup tastes good! What’s for your lunch the next few days?

Sounds like you’ve got it all set! I love soup for the same reason - it feels like it’s a lot more than it is. Especially when it’s hot and you have to eat it slowly!
I usually have a protein shake for lunch but I brought my tiny blender to work to make smoothies!

I cooked a lot last week while my brother was visiting, and it left me with a lot of leftovers that I’ve been working through all week. Mostly I’ve been making salads and half sandwiches with turkey leftover from a full Thanksgiving style dinner I made one night. It’s time to chuck the leftovers though, so it’s back to individual choices again. Probably an Orgain protein shake, grapes, celery, and a few crackers or small bag of pirates booty (love white cheddar flavors!)
