How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Wow can’t believe we are 1/2 way. Still feels like we just started a few days ago… I’m fluctuating a lot but trying to continue a negative slope on the weight on the scale. Who else is fluctuating a lot?

Me! up down, up down....I blame menopause, lol

I’ve been mainly hovering. The scale moved down to the midway point and then froze… but my body composition is changing, and my clothes fit completely different. I think I’m building muscle, which is making me SO HUNGRY, but it’s also boosting my metabolism. I think if I keep going, I’ll lose more weight, but I don’t know how long that will take to get to that result. I’m happy about the new muscles and getting back into the rest of my closet though, whatever happens!
