How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy Monday!

Let’s talk PROTEIN. Protein is an essential nutrient that helps build and keep your body healthy, including your muscles, skin, and bones. Plus, it’s a major factor in your diet when you’re trying to reach or stay at a healthy weight.
    • High-protein diets keep you feeling full longer, which helps curb cravings and reduce hunger
    • Your body burns more calories just digesting protein compared to carbs or fat, so eating more protein can fire up your metabolism and help you burn more energy every day
    • Because most high-protein foods taste great, increasing your intake is simple, delicious, and satisfying

So, yeah, let’s talk protein! Whether you prefer animal-based or plant-based sources, I’d love to hear how you reach your daily goals. Do you rely on convenient options like protein bars and powders, or do you stick to whole foods? Have you noticed a difference in how full you feel throughout the day? Drop your favorite protein-packed tips and recipes below so we can inspire each other!

I think the best advice I received was the nutritionist telling me that everybody should get 30g of protein within an hour of waking up. I’ve been having an ensure max protein or fairies 30g protein premixes first thing in the morning and it definitely helps keeping me feel full and not snacky. I’m down 20 lbs in 5 weeks and still working hard to keep the momentum
