Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

  • Been making variations of this smoothie that really fills me up and is so nutritious! Almond milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine, collagen, ground flaxseed, PB Fit, cacao powder, frozen banana, fresh baby spinach and some ice.

Try chopping and freezing zucchini and throwing some of that in! I make a similar smoothie and the zucchini adds veg with no flavor change. I also like the texture it adds.

Emily, good call! I have added shredded zucchini to chocolate oatmeal and same thing—bulks it and adds nutrients and nice texture but no flavor. Hadn’t thought to do it for smoothies but now I will. Thanks for the idea!
