Good morning dietet friends! Today is the day=)

How many of you from the last game are here!?
Did you gain weight while during a break? If so, how much( all of it, half of it, a couple pounds, stayed the same).
Better yet, did you lose more!? If so, way to go!

I gained a couple pounds back from enjoying too many sweets. This game, my goals are to move my body more other than walking and post more.to stay accountable.

I’ve lost the last two bets and am really frustrated with myself. This time I’m in it to win it!! (And lose it, if you will)

I won the last one too but gained about 1-2 lb, but it's mostly just water weight from eating some higher sodium foods and relaxing on macros.
I wasn't planning on joining another bet so soon, but the last few days I've had a harder time getting back on track. Figured I need to reign it in before completely derailing!
