Going through everything, purging the house, ordered a protein supplement and vitamins.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I should have meal prepped so I wouldn't have ate what was cooked for the rest of the family. I feel of track.

This week I am back on track with eating, exercising, walking, and meditating. I am also going to read more. Set goals and working towards them. Remember what I am working towards.
