My biggest takeaway is you don’t have to be perfect but if you follow plate it almost all the time the occasional eat out is a treat and get back at it - consistency is key - feel so less stressed about food

Just made it! .2 pounds under is still under!!

Starting to lose my (grand)dad bod!

The keys for me – – intermittent fasting (18:6), less ultra processed foods, less refined sugars and more protein (Gold Standard protein shakes.)

The decrease (36 pounds since Christmas) should be starting to slow down as I incorporate more weight training into my exercise plan, trading fat for muscle.

Haven’t felt this good in a long time.

  • Happy Monday! How is everyone feeling going into the final week? Did you have an awesome weekend? Are you ready to take control over this week and claim victory?

    As we head into these last few days, be kind to yourself and be proud of your decision to make your health a priority.

    A few tips for these final days:
    -No drastic changes
    -Keep moving
    -Drink your water
    -Get enough sleep
    -Limit salt
    -Find your joy

    Whether you're crushing your goal or struggling a bit, please keep in mind that PROGRESS is the real win. Any changes you can say you've noticed since the game started - that's what you should focus on. What have you learned about yourself? What little victories have you accomplished? It's not all about the scale (yes, the game is determined by the little numbers by your feet, but they don't determine your worth, your happiness, or what you're capable of).

    Dig deep and don’t give up this week! Make it your final push, but also look at how far you've come!

I can eat veggies, stir fry, and pink lady apples daily because they are nutrient-dense and low in calories. I can eat all I want and not gain weight. Veggies and chosen protein are to lay a foundation first, then 2 apples to top me off with a 16.9 oz water chaser.

What are your favorite weight loss go-to foods?

If anyone’s looking for good high protein chicken strips, the real good brand tastes great! I made some buffalo ranch with Greek yogurt, light mayo, hidden valley seasoning and some buffalo sauce and I could probably eat that every day

Afternoon boredom gets me stuck, but now I'm doing my workout during that time. It helps curb my appetite for a big dinner, and eliminates mindless snacking.

I agree with others who have posted here. Questions are asked but never answered. Videos are talked about but I can never access them. They definitely would have helped. Those who have watched them never comment on where they went to see them. Video links don’t work, only links that promote their sites work. I paid the extra $5 thinking that would give me some membership boosts but I haven’t seen any. I’m happy for those who have lost weight and been able to see videos but I think there are a lot who could not see them. I’m not one that usually vents but after 17 days and no answers I’ve been frustrated.

I used iceberg lettuce and followed the directions. The only thing I changed was the type of tomato I used. I used cherry tomatoes.
