- I'm a newbie, so please bear with me if this is a lot of posting. I made it two days in deficit. I have tracked before, and had a few strings of days. But, this time I'm in it for for the long haul, and I'm weighing for the first time. I'm so glad I made it another day. Today seems just as hard as the last two, and I need prayers (from anyone comfortable with that) that I make it today. My kids are stressing me out 😄. Very little sleep last night. I actually can't believe the scale is going down. I've NEVER intentionally lost weight before. I hope for everyone's day to go great! Thanks for the support so far. 😀
