Does anyone else have a problem with staying on track after the official weigh in? I find myself going off the rails once I make weight and then struggling to get back on plan. Like, this time I have gained back almost all of the weight I lost and now I have to hustle to try and lose it all again before the end of next round. I know it's probably mostly water weight, but still. Why can't I just control myself? I tell myself not to do this dumb cycle every time and yet, here I am again. So mad and disappointed in myself.

I relax a little for a couple days, but I don’t go crazy and I wouldn’t necessarily call them cheat meals or anything.

That’s honestly really impressive. I’ve always heard people say things along the lines of, “If you have a ‘bad’ day, just start again tomorrow.” Or, “Tomorrows a new day!” But I’ve never been able to do that, I’m way too black and white. Being able to just let off the gas a little, but only a little, and then get right back on it is goals.
