My husband and I are going to work dinner party tonight. All you can eat Prime Rib and free drinks. I am going with a plan to eat healthy and skip the alcohol. Wish me luck!

Happy Thursday!
We are a full week into our Dietbet for those that started on the 1st.
How is everyone feeling?
I'm down almost 2lbs of my almost 10lb goal and I'm feeling good. I am tired but I don't know how much of that is my cycle and stormy weather LOL

I am doing good, also down but VERY tired. Baby is currently in a sleep regression and waking up again every 3 hours, so I have not been able to do my 5am workouts :( Praying this sleep session PASSES soon. So I can get back on my morning routine ..

  • Is everyone as tired and sore as me?

    I worked hard this week and took my first rest today.

    But I'm not losing sight of my goals.

    Did know these new little Tyson mini dino nuggets have 32g protein per serving. Pro tip: dont microwave them. Yuck. Air fry them for 15 min at 350 degrees and they are perfectly crunchy 👌?
