Is anyone else super nervous that the next weigh in is the day after Christmas?! I’m trying to be accountable with extra movements and good eating early this month so I have some wiggle room to enjoy the holiday.

I’m with you!!! I am absolutely not going to skip our holiday dinner so that I can make the weigh in the next morning, so this month is going to have to be an “it is what it is” situation. I’m down below my goal weight for the month already, but I’m trying to lose a couple more lbs to give a bit more of a buffer.

Ugh, I’m getting hit by a double whammy of my period and also it’s my gym’s annual Halloween themed week of extra hard workouts. My legs feel SO HEAVY from the extra recovery water retention. I have hope I might make it for tomorrow but I’m going to the gym again today so…
