I have your symptom....i know water, nothing white and what exercises will get me there but never had a push! Hopefully this is my push..and my husband is picking me up a tredmill for our basement and there is nothing like running and music. Hope you find your piece of the low fat pie Tiffany.:)

I also know the ins and outs of weight loss and have struggled with practicing it constantly. You will be successful. Things aren't worth it if you don't work for it.
