03/09/2014 2:53PMDaniel, I had been losing weight slowly until I started an office weight loss contest in November. I vowed I would go to the gym every day during that contest. I found that didn't work for me. Now I go 5 days a week and do an hour of cardio on a bike or elliptical machine. I go first thing in the morning 5 AM. About a month ago I started using free weights at home for my arms. I can't tell you the difference this has made in my weight loss, stamina, energy, etc. It has been incredible. Since January 2013 I have lost 69 lbs. I have 53 to go. Marian
