1. Some of you may know I used to have a program. I shut it down at the end of 2022, but I have some amazing resources still to share, which I will sprinkle throughout the challenge. You should be able to fill in your own information using the form fields on the document, so you don't have to worry about printing it. This is a REALLY helpful tool, and I encourage you to use it over and over again!

2. Apple Watch Challenge

3. While 4% in 4 weeks is a great goal to have, it is not always attainable for everyone to reach, especially with health conditions. I want each of you to choose the eating lifestyle that best suits you, personally, & that you ENJOY!!!

Restriction might be all that you know, but I want to challenge you to use this Dietbet as an opportunity to try something different. Think about your current habits. Are there any that you think may not be serving you? Maybe things that feel good in the moment but leave you not feeling your best afterwards? Choose 3 habits to focus on changing and commit to those for these 4 weeks. This is the key to sustainable habit change.

  • On Sundays we meal prep. (NSV today went to an event with free snacks and said no to Krispy Kreme donut, which is huuugggeeee)

  • Time to formally introduce myself. I’m 50yrs young and live in Belgium with my bf and 2 cats. I’ve always been chubby but 3 years ago everything changed. I was prescribed antidepressants for my panic disorder and got on meds for my endométrioses which spiraled me straight to being obese in a matter of a year. To be honest, I just started teachertraining and didn’t take care that much for myself. Fast forward to the start of 2026, started ozempic for my insulin resistance together with ww and managed to get 8kgs off (about 17 lbs) I still have about 30lbs to go. My main reason to join Dietbet is to hold myself accountable and make habitchanges. This month I will gocus on 3 things: water intake (replacing diet coke with water) up my protein and fiber intake and get atleast 8000 steps a day. Let’s do this!!

Good Morning! I am a mama to four kids. I have just taken up lane swimming and I am loving it. Yesterday I did 100m! (Just once, ha ha) I try to walk outside every day after swimming to get some sunshine too. I am trying to watch my calorie intake and eat high-protein, high-fibre meals. Drink water and move my body. I am also meditating every day as well. Some days I can hit all these goals, but most days I struggle. One small thing will derail me. I live a high-stress life. My youngest child is severely disabled and advocating is very stressful. I have done DB's before and they helped me attain my goal weight. I gained it all back due to not coping well with stress. I tried more DB's after the re-gain, but have since struggled to win. I am hoping this is the one to kick-start me into gear.
