    How was your weekend?? Spring showed up yesterday so we busted out the grill. It should be warm the next few days and then drop back to yucky cold with rain.

    As we roll into week three let's talk about snacks! I know ‘snacking’ can get a bad rap but healthy snacks can be a key to your overall success.

    A healthy snack can help with energy between meals or before/after a workout. They can also help avoid overeating at your next meal.

    I just finished up my strength training for the day. It's raining (snowing a few hundred feet above us) and miserable out.

    I need to figure out a dinner plan. What are you all having?

Hi all,

Won my last two diet bets but work and life have been extra stressful and weight is creeping back on. My typical activities are running (recently ran a half-marathon and have another one next month), riding my Peloton and lifting weights.
