- I have a ridiculous sweet tooth. Ive been making this every day and its been absolutely saving me from reaching for my usual desserts:
1/4 cup Fage 0% fat free plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup fat free whipped topping (can do sugar free one as well to completely remove the sugar)
Splash of vanilla
Zero sugar cheesecake jello pudding mix to taste.
Fold together, top with fruit and either eat immediately or let set in the fridge for 10-20 min. Around 5g protein and usually ends up around 100-200ish calories for the full thing but a half a serving usually will kill my sweet tooth.
I loved the whipped texture, and its great for scooping with graham crackers!
