Shout out to fellow parents doing this challenge!
Anyone have kid friendly low carb high protein recipes?
Having kids adds more stress, takes away from sleep, makes it harder to plan, and they come up with ways to make it hard to stick to a diet! My 4 elementary school age kids made 4 bowls of various textures of microwave brownies (thanks hubby for teaching them those are a thing 😂). Yesterday was my cheat day but other than a few tweaks I was amazed at how close to my usual routine I was sticking to... Until I finished off all the brownies

Try egg drop soup with high protein bone broth! That’s my go to on cold days and it’s very simple to make and absolutely delicious!

Thanks Kristen and Victoria! I will have to look up egg drop soup! And I don't know if I dare do spaghetti squash pizza or they might not ever eat regular spaghetti squash ever again hahaha :joy:
