Wow o wow!! That got scary. I was great on my meal prep and was lifting heavy at the gym and burning my calories but the weight wasn’t coming off. I was replacing fat with muscle (which I am totally happy with) but that was keeping my weight from dropping that much. I had to start incorporating for HIIT workouts and cut down calories just a touch. Barely made it but I made it! Whew!

I know with intermittent fasting, weight can come off fairly quick in the beginning when focused. Goal is minimum 4% lost but is there a maximum? I know that doesn’t increase winnings but don’t want to be unhealthy about it.
