In the small fine print there is a clickable sentence that says use my points.

If anyone is having trouble requesting their payout, please log into DietBet.com and you should be able to request there.

It's on the app as well but not displaying well when your app is in dark mode. We are working on that currently.

I forget exactly how I did it last time. I think I had to give them a telephone number or some other identifier from my PayPal and they got it from that

They usually announce the winnings between 24 and 48 hours after the game ends to give them time to sort out any technical issues that people may have had. It will arrive in your balance soon after that and you'll be able to withdraw it or use it to start another game.
