You can be the exact weight and still win the round.

I definitely experience this on a daily basis! If you have a digital scale, they are extremely sensitive to even the slightest variations of surface fluctuations. What I do is find a tile that works And always place the scale back at that same point, that way at least I know it's consistent in that one spot and I can track my progress of going down!

I’m basically fasting, living on coffee and tea and water today! This week I’ve been getting gentle exercise while also severely limiting calories. Any other tips out there? I have 1.4 pounds to go as of this morning!

The last few days I was having a lot of turkey breast , egg whites and some cottage cheese. Celery and sweet potato soup ( not too much sweet potato) is good as it’s filling but the celery has diuretic properties. If you’ve decided to have hardly anything to eat then just celery can be helpful to nibble on .
