  • 4 mile run today. Light snow and wind for the last 1/2 mile. Here is the storm coming in at about mile 3. It was refreshing. How everyone is staying focused.

I got better results this week and I think it’s because I increased my treadmill time, recommitted to weight lifting, and ate veggies proactively to avoid potato chips. But still, I’m eating SO much better than last year, it seems like the weight should be just falling off!

  • Made it for round 4. Now to stay focused and keep watching carbs and sugar. Plus running daily, even when it's windy and getting ready to rain. I'm training for a 5k on May 3rd.

I’ve walked or run/walked a couple 5k’s. One of my goals is to finally run one continuously this year. I just signed up for one later this month. I’m not confident I can run it yet, but I’m going to try.

  • Happy New Year, running an all night lock-in for our Youth Group. Getting to jump and exercise at Get Air Trampoline Park. Burning calories at 2 am in the morning, no sleep till 7:30 am. It's fun, but I'm not as young as I used to be.
