  • On work days frozen veggies are a lifesaver. Birds eye fire roasted carrots, steamer broccoli, and a pan seared chicken breast that I split in half to be able to cook faster and season better because flavorful food means I will stick to this. Approximately 640 calories total. Didn't measure my chicken breast so approximate measure on that.

  • At work today and haven't gone shopping yet so I had to go out for lunch but rather than fast food I went for Publix sushi and mango with tajin. Wound up learning I don't care for their spicy tuna roll though and only ate about half of the sushi.
