Hello everyone!! Totally forgot this started 10 days ago, as I signed up weeks ago. I’m not feeling super confident I’ll lose enough to win, but I’m hopeful to have a good start for my weight loss. I struggle with stress/emotional eating. I also am in early menopause. I’m re-joining the gym today! I’m open to tips for safe ways to loose weight quickly for an upcoming cruise in 6 weeks. I know slow and steady is the most effective, as this will become lifestyle change, but a good jump start would be great! 😅. Best of luck to you all!! Cheers to health!
