Full disclosure...retired teacher, so I LOVE stickers! I do the same thing with my calendar...I put a sticker on each day that I "stick to" my eating plan. Silly, but it helps me (April calendar shown here).

I went to the doctor yesterday for a diet check-in and after years of dieting (lots of ups and downs) with no clear end in sight, was given a final goal weight. 18 pounds. I have 18 pounds left to lose. I’m super excited by this because it feels doable and concrete.
I know many of you would plan to just knock that out in a couple of months, but I’m trying to be realistic. Even with glp help, I only lose about .5 lb/week. So that’s still 36 weeks. But it’s okay. There’s an end and I’ll be done by the new year. Super happy :-)
