Can we just talk about how stressful it is to weigh in with clothes and a phone in hand?? 😂 without being dressed I was a pound and a half below and with everything on and holding my phone I was THE EXACT WEIGHT I needed to win! PHEW! Congrats guys!!!

I sit my phone on a surface facing me and use the timer and go hop back on the scale. Or I’ll use my Apple Watch to start the timer and set it on the counter
