I’m spending the beautiful weekend at work :tired_face:. My goal is to pack my food and snacks beforehand and not eating to much candy that lays around at work.

I’m trying to eat more nutrient dense foods and pre-portion my meals. Not overeating is my main problem. Furthermore I want to maintain my weight training regimen and up the cardio :runner:‍♀️!
