While at work I had meal prepped and had healthy snacks. It felt good!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It's much harder to keep on track at home, with more temptations. I could have done better the times I have in to a few of those temptations (my partner and I had bought girl scout cookies just before we decided to join this bet and start our health journey)!
