Hi everyone, Alison from Minnesota here and I’m excited to be on this journey with all of you! I reached my goal of losing 20 lbs a couple of years ago and then got lazy and have now gained it all back. I’m so disappointed that I let that happen but am motivated to get back at it but am struggling to make any progress. So, my current goal is to lose 10 lbs (but I’d be thrilled with even 2 lbs right now!) and to gain strength. I’m hoping this challenge will help hold me accountable, as at 51 and perimenopausal it’s getting harder and harder.
