Find the right water! People try to say water tastes the same but if I had to drink only the tap water at my dad’s house I would be chronically dehydrated, or even more overweight from drinking juice all the time instead. I like the brita brand of filters and lots of ice.

I'm curious about what you all do for exercise. Right now, I do aerobics at home 6 days and lift weights/strength train every other day. My goal is to be able to run a 5k next year...if my knees are willing.

I do yoga, and I walk daily. I am also playing some StepBet games simultaneously. They help me maintain my step goals.
Now we're having monsoon here in my city. Hence, I do yoga indoors or some freehand exercises, pilates, etc. Before monsoon, I used to go swimming regularly.

Nothing yet. I am working on my eating habits for now. With work and the kids, I dont really have time to work out. It is my goal to make time and start some type of workout.

  • Where are people getting their protein from? I'm having a hard time getting my protein goal and my fiber goals, but I have flax seed, which helps sometimes.

  • so much shoveling, tilling, raking, clearing out chicken run for compost and pulling the compost multiple times across the acreage. All while baby wearing, counting this as my workout this week! Will be very excited when it's all done

what helps me is just thinking one day at a time. I will not worry about tomorrow just get through today. If you're consistent that's where the real changes happen, also builds healthy habits for the long term

Yes my husband filled the fridge with Pina colada and asked if we want poutine for supper lol. Resisted it all! One day at a time
