    The challenge: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week. You can do anything you want, as long as you're moving........ You can break it up into segments if you need to.

You can also ask your smartphone or device "what is 4% of (your weight) ?" Or on a calculator, type in your weight X 4 and the % key. i find it cumbersome to do by hand and I can't remember how.
