I did it - weighed in at the exact weight I needed after a weekend of sabotaging myself? Learning about myself and my trends daily...not sure why I sabotage myself when I am so close to a goal but working on changing that! Today I was back down below my goal by a pound! Learning and getting better every day!

I was notified that my weigh out is now verified, but I didn’t get to see the cute “you won” notification lol
