I really enjoy food! Restricting the amount and types of food I eat can be VERY challenging at times.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

1st walk was yesterday. 3 miles and ended up pretty sore. My goal is to do it 2 more times this week. Stick to daily logging of meals. Keep up with water intake of 120oz daily. Attend church Sunday. Biggest goal: Onederland by month's end!
