Celebrated a little too hard after my last win (two games at the same time) and almost didn’t make it with this one ? thank goodness my last game I ended lower than this one needed to be 😮‍💨

I think it’s good to reward yourself but you could try a non-food reward or maybe plan your food reward out in advance so you don’t go too crazy ;) I’n doing a 2 day diet break and then back to it for my Transformer due on May 20.
