Non-scale victory of the week!
not getting seconds at the social; eating 1/2 the pizza and twice the salad at buffet; not eating before bed; mostly eating clean, healthy foods like organic meats and veges
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Yesterday I ate too much oatmeal and nuts for dinner; I should have had a healthy snack a few hours earlier so I wasn’t so hungry that I overate (albeit it was a healthy dinner, but got too stuft).

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
i cant exercise more in the traditional sense because of the arthritis; but I will continue to work with clients (walk, clean and swim 3Xwk) plus garden. I will add stretching more this week and see where that takes me.
