I quit doing these bets because 4% is a lot in 4 weeks but my weight had creeped up again. The first comes off easily and now I’m stalled out halfway there with only a little time left??

same -- taking a step back from these 4%ers for a while

I have a feeling that the younger you are, the easier your body responds. I m going to be 40 this year and I struggle with the 4% now when I didnt struggle before. I still think i can make it though as I have just under 1 kg left to shed and my period is just over ???
