It’s taking a long time to verify weigh-in. Is that happening to anyone else?

  • I surprised myself by making this round with a little room to spare! I encourage everyone who is struggling (I have been there!) that there is going to be a routine and method (and app) that suits you goals and lifestyle, but the one you're using isnt necessarily it! I am so impressed with how intermittent fasting is going for me. I am sure it's not for everyone, and I was super skeptical going into it, knowing that calorie counting was so important for me to have a hope of losing weight before. But I ended up signing up for an app that promised lifestyle changes and weightloss results that turned out to be IF lol, so I thought what the heck let's give it a good shot.
I asked a nutritionist on one of the Kickstarters here, and she was really positive about IF as a healthy long term lifestyle as well, with helping maintain healthy blood sugar levels and weight maintenance, which really encouraged me to consider this as a long term thing not just for the next 6 months. 'Cause the last 7 or so years I have been doing challenges like this - calorie counting (though it worked) was NEVER sustainable for me.

I encourage you to try switching things up to find what's sustainable and don't give up trying things that you were hesitant about (unless Dr advises against).

  • You can flip back however many weeks you were using the app. The white is eating window.
