  • Finally hit a low that I was 3 years ago ! I was stuck with the same 1.5 lbs going up and down . I have 1.2 lbs to go for this bet and another 20 lbs to get to my goal .

I ate too much the last two days. That's the first time since I began last dietbet and this one. I am an emotional eater. Old habits die hard. But I want to win this bet so, I will get back on track. I ate too much but my perception of eating too much nowadays is far from when I really ate too much before dietbet. I realise that by eating more carbs than I usually do for dietbet is very far from what I used to eat before. I guess I need to change my perception.

  • Dinner tonight was a blackened salmon salad! I was super hungry so love having big volume salads for lower calories. I added onion, green olives, salsa, and some tomatoes! What's your go to meal or salad toppings?

Yesterday I went over my calories by 200-300 and it was full carbs !!! I don’t feel great about it today . I am working on myself that such situations don’t get me down and keep going ! It’s not easy .
