  • Hello, i have lost motivation since the end of last dietbet. So my weight stays stable or I lose much more slowly. I bought a chicken salad for today's lunch at work. But with the decrease of temperatures, I want warm and comforting meals.

Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.
