You have got this. More sleep and water if possible . And less salty food the last week specially the last few days .
Chicken breast and shrimps are the best for losing weight for me

  • Hello, my weight did not move for a few days, but I stay motivated. Today's dinner :) When I want to lose weight, I keep my meals simple without much preparation otherwise I get tired easily.

So far I've been able to keep up with my plan of three days of strength traing and 3 days of walking/jogging 3 miles. I'm so proud of myself. It has been a long time since I have been able to consistently workout. Thanks to this group❤ I hope you all are getting your goals as well

It’s been a good week for me to practice discipline! My fiancé called on his way home the other night and offered to pick me up ice cream and I declined the offer. And today at my work there are donuts in the break room. I stayed strong and did not have one. Just a reminder that every little decision does add up even if it doesn’t feel like it matters in the moment.

Happy Wednesday! This dietbet has been way more active as in people posting and i have been so busy, I hardly have time to sit down and check it. I love being interactive, but I cant keep up lol. The last diet bet I had so much time and was on it all the time and there were some interactions but waaayyyyy more this time! I love it, just need to make time to sit down and go through them all! I paid to be a member this time just to see the difference of not being a member. What are your thoughts?! Hope everyone is doing great and meeting their goals! Today my goal is to walk more=)
