A little defeated today. Weight loss was going well but I regained a little today even though I walked 1 hour yesterday and kept to my balanced meals.. I guess I should not weight myself everyday. But can not resist. How often do you weight ?

I weighed myself every day sometimes twice a day it keeps me accountable

I weigh 2-3 times a week but only log my weight on Sundays. It helps me monitor if I’m staying on track, but as long as each Sunday when I log it, it’s lower than the Sunday before, I try not to stress too much.
