I wish this competition was months ago. I was 265lbs when I got out of my third pregnancy. I'v haven't been dieting but instead I eat what I want just in smaller portions, buy organic and removed some things from my diet like sweets, white bread and white rice and eat red meat only once a week and started eating more fish (wild caught only) at the same time I've been doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Videos for three months. I'm proud to say I've dropped 71 lbs :)
