Does anyone else live full-time in an RV? I've been doing it for YEARS. It kind of adds to the challenge when you have a small fridge and a small stove. Let alone virtually no table space. It's contributed to my weight gain constantly eating out. I'm resorting to microwaveable healthy-ish meals for now, which mostly consists of looking for which box has the lowest calories and has protein. That and protien supplements, plus just not eating out, will hopefully do the trick.

Tying to do a high protein low carb diet and avoid sugar like the plague.

I luckily have a physically demanding job, I own a small all electric landscaping business, so I'm constantly getting a bit of a workout. When the grass starts growing again, I'll probably train my employee to use my zero turn mower so I can do more energy intensive work. Even if I REALLY don't want to.

I figured I'd say a bit about me since we're all in this thing together.

I did a 6 month trip in a van a few years back and I really relied on the salad kits at supper markets. It was a good way to get some fiber and mix some lighter meals in with eating out.
