How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Patience isn’t my virtue you guys. I keep getting on the scale every morning and thinking ugh why is it taking so long? I have to remind myself that weight loss doesn’t happen overnight. 1-2 pounds per week is a normal pace depending on your program. So to make it more fun I’m going to get a weight loss tracker app and update you guys on my progress each week. I’m so grateful to be on plan and my body is starting to feel better. Arthritis pain is almost completely gone! ♥

1-2 lbs usually sticks a lot better than bigger numbers. Consistency wins the race in the end my friend!

I know what you mean. I used to weigh myself multiple times a day when I was dealing with an Ed. It's really hard to break that cycle. Sometimes now when I'm struggling I will put duct tape over the display of the scale so that I have to physically bend over and take it off. If I want to weigh myself and for some reason that helps
