How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

VIEW ALL STORIES- Our 1.5 year old rescue has recently learned she can jump this fence. Because our back fence is technically the property of the HOA we can't do anything about it. I've been doing my best to find a new home for her (with lots of land, or a tall fence) to no avail. Unfortunately when she jumps it's to chase other dogs, so she just isn't safe in our yard. :( I am completely heartbroken. The silver lining is Im walking her a lot more and getting steps in while we search. But long term, for the rest of her life (for her sake) this just isn't feasible. :( if anyone has any recommendations (aside from an invisible fence, because that won't deter her when she gets fixated on chasing another dog) I am all ears!!
