How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Guys I haven’t eaten sugar and flour since January 1st. But since yesterday I’ve binged on my kids gummy vitamins. Help!

I would totally do that, I just try not to even get started with any kind of trigger food, sugar is sooo addictive. You gotta find a healthy treat you can enjoy without over doing it, I go for Lily's chocolate, it's sweetened with erythritol and monk fruit or stevia. Or keep your favorite fruit chopped in the fridge. My friend loves dates with peanut butter and dark chocolate

It's okay! Just forgive yourself and continue with how you've been doing, don't use it as an excuse to backslide. You can do it!
