For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I have 3.2 more to lose. Still not physically recovered from my Birthday trip to Vegas last weekend. Probably the tamest Vegas weekend ever. LOL! I don’t drink or gamble. My youngest son and I went to see Eagles in concert at Sphere!! My only consumable indulgences were an OG Burger and fries at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, a few sodas, sweet tea, McDonald’s fries, and peanut M&M’s. Legs are still pretty swollen from all the walking and flights so I’m hoping it’s mainly just water weight. My birthday was Monday and I have not had a single dessert all week even though ALL my food apps are offering free ones. If there’s anything I like more than food, it’s FREE food! LOL! I slept most of Monday but my diet has been back on track since Tuesday. My family birthday dinner is tomorrow afternoon so I have about 27 hours left. I’m .6 under my weight from right before the trip so I’m headed in the right direction. My game plan for today: compression socks, lots of water, high protein, no carbs, low impact cardio, and prayer. Any other suggestions?

Thanks y’all. It was a close one!! I was still a tad bit over this morning but after a visit to the water closet a few minutes ago I weighed in again and hit it on the nose. Just waiting on verification. Then I can dig in and eat the rest of my salad I got last night. My mother-in-law is making me meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans for dinner. It helps to remind yourself to limit portions when you are dedicated to logging every calorie into My Fitness Pal. LOL!
