Hi everyone !

Hope you are all doing great!

So... I've been out of track for a long time now.. win both january and feb but lost march because I didn't do much exercices.
And we're mid april and I had a rough start of the month, lost my grandma, probably getting a divorce,...

Anyway I need all your best tips to be back on track, because I need to focus on myself and I want to feel better !

Any meals that you love and aren't tontime consuming? What is your fav workout ??

Focus on quality protein, fiber and lots of water. And of sleep. With the stress sleep is even more important. It’s good to feel a little hungry before sleep (not a lot) means you did not over eat. And your body will focus on what it needs and not your digestion when you sleep. You got this.
