How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone else stuck on their current weight? I'm fine for the weigh in, have been at goal for a while for this Dietbet, but I just can't seem to get the scales moving down again! I'm drinking water, feel like I'm eating right and getting my exercise in... Is it just patience or am I going to have to start changing my habits after it was all going so well? ?

It's hard to be consistent when it feels like our hard work is not paying off. But it does and then the whoosh happens!

That said, sometimes you may need to shake things up. You may even need to eat more. I've heard SO many stories from players who started eating more then the weight started coming off again. But it could be, more water, food variety, movement, just a change in the routine that does the trick.

Ultimately though...consistency will win if you stick with it! I would always tell myself, I can't stay at this weight forever doing what I'm doing and eventually things would start moving again.

Yes, I've been stuck for almost a month and a half now! I KNOW that I need to make a change, and really start tracking my calories & macros... I know it - but have yet to really start doing it. I'm happy to say I've lost 10% w/o that, but since I still have another 20 lbs to go by October (for my own personal challenge) I know I need to actually start now. I noticed you said you *feel like you're eating right... I wonder if tracking would help you as well? Cheers to moving the needle again!!
